The power of forgiveness or why for true leaders say sorry is not the hardest word?

In a world of unforgiveness, forgiveness is a quite remarkable thing.

Conscious and humble leaders understand this very well.

Where would the world go without the power of forgiveness? In total despair, blame, hatred?

There must always be someone who has the strength to forgive first. The stronger the injury, the stronger the forgiveness must be.

Hearts are sometimes ruined, disfigured, burdened with unforgiveness. Thus, a large amount of hatred accumulates in the world, which can escalate.

In leadership, the power of forgiveness is one of the greatest virtues. It saves the world from wrong judgments and wrong relationships.

Saying sorry is sometimes the hardest word, but it is precisely in this act that all the power of leadership lies.

In order to be able to forgive, it is necessary to be humble and remember all the moments when someone had mercy and forgave us for our guilt.

What a relief, what gratitude for that feeling.

In the case of unforgiveness, the exact opposite happens, hearts become more and more petrified, the culprit on duty is sought...

Pride and prejudice at its strongest...

So many destroyed friendships, relationships, love...

Hearts harden like stones, and sometimes it's enough just to say sorry...

That is strength and only the wisest understand it.

The greatest reward for forgiveness is that wonderful feeling of relief on both side, when one small act of forgiveness makes amends and gives hope to the whole world.

Can you imagine? Through the power of forgiveness to a better and more fairer world?

Who will you be kind and merciful to forgive today?

Because don't forget that you too were forgiven once...

“Forgiveness is the restoration of freedom to oneself, it is the key held in our own hand to our prison cell” – Saint Pope John Paul II
