Why great leaders spread joy infectiously? Carefree!

Without joy, there is no life. Without joy, there is no leadership.

Joy is not the privilege of a few, joy is a necessity for all.

Even though it can be challenging to consider joy in today's gloomy and anxious world, it's essential that we do so at this moment. We need to spread joy right now.

Effective leaders deeply understand that joy is urgent and crucial for motivation, inspiration, and fostering any innovation.

Without joy, there is no true progress.

Anxious minds are often incapable of meaningful innovation or bringing about significant change in the world. Why is this the case? Because they lack the strength to do so!

They are often too worry, burdened, dependent on and attached to the material world and its false terms and idols such as success, money, prestige, or wealth...

All this endless worry makes a person a complete prisoner. There is no room for joy there. They are often incapable of creative thinking and healthy creation because of that.

Joy differs from cheerfulness; it is a deeper reality and state of the heart. Joy represents a sense of fulfillment that does not rely on external influences or circumstances.

Joy is given to us. Joy can only reside in a pure and humble heart, one that is not subject to the calculations of the world.

Heart deeply connected and rejoice with higher leadership.

True joy can only be attained when we surrender to a higher form of leadership - one that leads with righteousness, not the kind defined by this world, but by God’s righteousness. This leadership is unburdened by the spirit of materialism and offers the genuine joy of freedom.

Spreading joy is the most sacred duty of leadership and is in complete contrast to the worries of this world.

Leaders are not without problems, of course. They too face crises and fall, but joy lifts them up! Then, they can lift others up too!

Joy is grace. Joy is a necessity, joy is a sacred duty.

But how to gain it?

It involves surrender, inner freedom, and detachment from superficial material values. The question is whether we are ready to give up all of that in order to gain something more valuable and imperisable?

During times of great anxiety and worry, joy shines like light and provides comfort. Even though there may not be many who share it during these dark times, it is precisely now that it is most needed. Leaders of joy do not rest; they actively spread joy throughout the world!

Without joy, there is no life. Without joy, there is no leadership.
